Returns & Refund Policy

At Elvaroo Pets, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to find an appropriate solution.

RETURNS

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending any item back.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and legal exceptions.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging where applicable.
